1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- Returned products must be in a resalable condition.
- Custom-cut, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, cut, or altered after delivery.
- Items purchased on sale or part of a special promotion.
- Custom or special order products.
- Damaged products caused by improper handling or installation.
3. Return & Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email info@azulejon.com or call +971 58 522 0302 within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Inspection: Once your return request is approved, the product will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
- Refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any delivery or installation fees.
- If the return is rejected due to damage or non-compliance with our policy, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost if the claim is approved.
5. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges if the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Additional charges may apply if the exchanged item differs in price.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
